Do I need an appointment?
Not Tuesday to Friday: walk in while a chair is open, and the line closes 30 minutes before we do. Saturday and Sunday are booked first.
How long does a blowout take?
From 30 minutes for short hair to 60 for extra-long or very thick hair. Every service on the menu shows its minutes.
Do you work with my hair type?
Yes. We blow out straight, wavy, curly and coily hair. Tell us when you book so we set aside the right minutes.
What do I bring to my visit?
A photo of the finish you want. Come with dry, brushed hair, or ask for a shampoo.
How does a deposit work?
Most blowouts need none. Event up-dos and groups of four or more take one that goes toward your service, and its amount shows when you book.
What if I need to cancel or I'm running late?
Please give us 24 hours to cancel or move a booking. If you're running late, call or text and we'll start when you arrive or move you to the next opening.
Do you do a patch test?
Not for a blowout. We don't color, relax or smooth. If you've reacted to a hair product, tell us when you book.
Can I bring a child or a friend?
Children having a blowout are welcome, and a friend or two can wait with you. Bigger groups should book ahead.
How much will it cost?
It depends on your hair's length and your stylist's level, and it shows when you book. The pricing page explains it.
How do I make it last?
Wrap your hair loosely in a silk scarf at night, clip it up in the shower, and use a little dry shampoo at the roots. Results vary with your hair and the weather.
