Walk-ins, deposits and notice, before you book.
Booking and deposits
Book online or call. Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday to Friday while a chair is open, and the line closes 30 minutes before we do. Saturday and Sunday are booked first. Event up-dos and groups of four or more take a deposit that holds the time and goes toward your service.
Canceling and running late
Please give us 24 hours to cancel or move an appointment, so we can offer your chair to someone on the line. If you're running late, call or text. We'll start when you arrive and shorten the finish if the time is tight, or move you to the next opening.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss an appointment without a word, we make a note of it. After a second one we ask for a card on file to book again. A deposit for an event stays with the bar.
Children and companions
Children having a blowout are welcome. A friend or two can wait with you. The bar seats only a few, so a bigger party is easier to seat when booked ahead.
Patch tests and allergies
We don't color, relax or smooth here, so a blowout needs no patch test. If you've ever reacted to a hair product, tell us when you book and we'll use what suits you. This isn't medical advice: for a reaction, see your doctor.
Redos and refunds
If your style doesn't sit right, tell us within a week and we'll look at it together. A quick touch-up often sorts it. Results vary with your hair and the weather.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. Leave one when you pay or at the desk, and it goes to the stylist who did your hair.
Before your visit
Arrive five minutes early. Come with dry, brushed hair, or tell us you'd like a shampoo. Wear a top with a loose collar, and bring a photo of the finish you want.
